After Bob's warning, wouldn't it be wise to have an amendment noted that tungsten electrodes will also produce neutrons - and at lethally dangerous levels?
Hey Cosmic Dave! Glad to see a familiar face - I'm also a subscriber of Greenyer.
So, the EPG was the reactor, standing for "electric particle generator", and the electric particles are EVOs. So its closer to a LENR or cold-fusion reactor, than a nuclear reactor!
Specifically, his reactor exploited energy gains from EVOs, but, not from fusion directly but rather from magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) related origins... so, as such, I have classified the EPG as a LEMHD (Low-Energy Magnetohydrodynamic) Reactor. It seems there is no production of neutrons, just like with LENR reactors, and therefore, seems safe based on available data. Its worth noting that Stan had and used the EPG for several decades - seems quite safe.
I call it an electro-nuclear reactor in that it related to the self-collapse phenomena as documented by Matsumoto.

I already have transcribed Bob Greenyer's english copy of the V.E. Zhvirblis "Bagel Game" if this is the same paper... My Russian is very poor so you must excuse my ignorance. :)

Did Stanley Meyer use a nuclear reactor in his water car? It all sounds a bit dangerous?

This is the Zhvirblis paper yes?

Good luck!
